Janet Fuchs, CEO
Janet has worked in green building and permaculture since the 1980’s when she designed and built her own passive solar, geothermal home with local and recycled lumber, on-site food supply and grey water irrigation. She has over twenty years of experience in environmentally-conscious home renovations and landscape design as well as marketing and sales of residential real estate.
She is a HERS Rater, a Certified Green Building Professional and a GreenPoint Rated™ Advisor who guides homeowners and builders in best practices for sustainable design and building.

Deb Huston, President
Deb is a Certified Green Building Professional, a HERS Rater, and has trained as a Build It Green Advisor. She has an extensive background in real estate development, management, and sales, and has developed many successful and innovative builds over the past two decades.
